Rules

GENERAL RULES
  1. We'll change side (Allieds-Axis) at the end of each T.o.D.
  2. All coordinated-missions are welcome
  3. Veteran pilots must help their squadmates with any kind of suggestion
  4. Even if we want win, don't forget that we fly for fun !

COMUNICATIONS

  • Online: Use the squad's channel (110) as much as you can. When you come in arena, it's a good idea to give the radar report to the other Regia pilots and in general to all country-mate.
  • Offline: Every member of the squadron has to its disposition 2 arranges of communication that concurs to maintain it to the contact " offline " with its squadmates: the private Forum and the E-Groups. The forum optimally carries out its function for arguments not-classified and therefore of general character. If you are not to acquaintance of the relative one password, contact gladio for obtain it. For particular arguments classified, which as an example the organization of missions and/or scenarios, we will use the E-Groups. If wished greater information, contact -kp---

ENLISTING PROCEDURE
Every squad's member has the permission to enlist new pilots.
The enlisting procedure it's quite easy: when in tower just type on the radio buffer the command .invite [pilot id] and after this, wait for his reply. If he wish to join us, when in tower must type the command .jsquad
Don't forget to comunicate to gladio these 3 fundamental data:

  1. New pilot's id
  2. His nationality
  3. His mail address

The pilot will not be inserted in the official squadron roster until that its complete data will not be communicated.

PROMOTIONS
The promotions are attributed in base to an exclusively " temporal " criterion, considering therefore the seniority in the squadron. The rank passages will be communicated to the pilot interested and published in the section " news " of our website. The relative table to the hierarchical scale and the necessary times for the attainment of several passages are available to the section Ranks & Medals (coming soon)

MEDALS
The medals are attributed in base to "a meritorious" criterion, considering therefore the objective personal ability of the pilot, at the end of any T.o.D. In order to obtain a medal, the pilot in issue must have at least 50 sorties. The concession of such decorations will be communicated to the pilot interested and published in the section " news " of our website. Pilots by Point (by Vlad "monstr" Arhipov)
To the absolute winner of it general classifies Vlad " monstr " Arhipov of FH, will be attributed the Distinguished Flying Cross. Moreover, to the pilots of the Regia Aeronautica who place themselves within the first 5 places of general classify Vlad " monstr " Arhipov, will be attributed the following medals:

  • First relative place: Airforce Achievement
  • Second relative place: Silver Star
  • Third relative place: Bronze Star

Longest Streak
To the pilot who will gain it classifies in " Longest Streak " of the RA will be attributed the medal Aerial Achievement

CaptFields/Death
To the pilot who will gain it classifies in "CaptFields/Death" of the RA will be attribuited the medal Airforce Cross Destroy/Sortie To the pilot who will gain it classifies in "Destroy/Sortie" of the RA will be attribuited the medal Airforce Commendation

Land/Sortie
To the pilot who will gain it classifies in "Land/Sortie" of the RA will be attribuited the medal Distinguished Service

20 kills
To the pilot who will realize at least "20 kills in a T.o.D.", it will be attributed the medal WB Air Combat

MISSION RIBBONS
"Mission ribbons" can exeptionally be attributed to those pilots who are distinguish themselves in the execution of particular actions that they have demanded remarkable ability and/or courage. The signalling of the episode can be carried out from any pilot, must contain a report of the mission and must be forwarded to gladio
